Inspect exterior surfaces of unit for chipped

paint or corrosion. If necessary, spot paint

surfaces as follows:

Remove rust and corrosion from metal

surfaces by lightly sanding them with

Brush two coats of paint on bare metal

to protect it from further corrosion.

Refer to the applicable cleaning and

refinishing practices specified in

TB 43-0118.

Inspect unit interconnecting cables for loose,
