(e) Select one of the desired ten data file registers by
pressing appropriate keyboard numeric.
NOTE
When step (e) above is executed, the selected key-
board numeric does not light. The TUNE RECEIVER
key lights and the keyboard reflects the operating
and tuning commands that are controlling the re-
ceiver.
The receiver command is now entered into
the selected file register in the receiver control
and in a duplicate file register in the computer.
( f ) Repeat steps (a) thru (e) above to program all. 20 file
registers.
(1) Programmed command control.
(a) Press RCL key and observe that it lights.
NOTE
The RCL key remains lit and the function remains
active unless cleaed by the CLR key.
Select desired data file by toggling DATA A/DATA B key

until appropriate light goes on.
(c)
Select desired register by pressing appropriate keyboard
numeric.
(d)
Press TUNE RECEIVER key and observe that it liqhts. This
verifies that preprogrammed receiver command, residing in
selected register, has been transferred to receiver.
Observe that RCL key automatically goes out when TUNE
(e)
RECEIVER is activated.
d. Programmed Auto-Step Control Mode. This mode allows the op-
erator to automatically transfer up to 31 different combinations of
20 programmed receiver commands to the receiver in a preset sequence.
The rate at which these commands are sent is adjustable from one step
per 11 s to approximately one step per 0.7 s by adjusting `the SWEEP/
STEP RATE control.
(1) Sequence presetting.
(a) Press AUTO STEP key.
Observe that AUTO STEP and HOLD keys
light.
